Rachelle Smith

Rachelle and I went to hair school together. She has such a loving demeanor that is so contagious! Isn't she a  stunning bride?! And small world, she married the brother-in-law of my wedding photographer, Kellee Smith (who pretty much is the best wedding photographer to work with ever). 

It was an interesting challenge to style her hair because she had sew-in extensions at the time (which I'm pretty sure she had her husband cut out the day after their wedding because she was so done with them!). Nevertheless we got all the hair up and didn't reveal any of the braids where the hair was sewn in. 

Neighborhood Play

I seriously have the most amazing friend and neighbor! As part of summer-home-school my friend, Emily, became a director and invited any neighborhood children who were interested to participate in a series of mini-plays. It was fun to be the hairstylist for the backyard-show and help the kids with quick changes between each play. 

Brian's hair was a little too much....

so we just opted to cut it all off! ;-)
